Description
My daughter lugged an old X-ray light box she bought at a garage sale in Seattle, WA all the way to St. Louis, MO, so I put it to good use slicing juicy vegetables on it and taking photos of these yummy cukes.
In Feng Shui , the color green symbolizes , fertility, harmony and growth. It is refreshing and restful with positive associations of optimism, balance and freedom. Use the color green in therapy rooms, bathrooms and kitchens, but not in family rooms or playrooms.

Jane....I love this image. Finding the "differences" in each cucumber slice is fascinating! Great job. (I've been doing experiments with seed pods on a light table meant for viewing color slides. Also have worked with flowers on the table, but have not thought beyond that. Thanks for the inspiration) l/f/F And, PS, I will vote for it in the Harvest contest! Terrific work with great help from your daughter!

Can't wait to see your light box photos. I captured this one on an old X-Ray viewer. Gonna try autumn leaves this fall.
